Weka Organisation, legally registered as non profit and non governement organisation , is an umbrella that brings together all sex workers and LGBTIQ in Uvira, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Weka Organisation is the Robust innitiative that brings together female, male sex worker and LGBTIQ, irrespective of their sexual orientation, gender identities, race or nationality.
OUR ACTIVITIES
Discourage the trafficking paradigm
Critique the trafficking paradigm that conflates representations of sex work, migration, and mobility
Oppose Oppression of sex workers
Oppose the criminalization and other legal oppression of sex work and support its recognition as work
Health Services For All
Advocate for universal access to health services, including primary health care, HIV and sexual and reproductive health services
Voicing Out about Violence
Speak out about violence against sex workers, including violence from police, institutions, clients, and intimate partners, while challenging the myth that sex work is inherently gender-based violence
Stop Social Discrimination
Challenge stigma and discrimination against sex workers, their families and partners, and others involved in sex work
Economic Empowerment
Advocate for the economic empowerment and social inclusion of sex workers as sex workers
