EMPLOYMENT & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

The Boost Pathways to Success program is a free LGBT youth employment program aimed at helping individuals aged 15 - 40 years to develop and/or improve the skills and knowledge they need to address the various social, institutional and systemic barriers they may face in life and in the pursuit of employment.

By providing employability and life skills training as well as quality employment opportunities, we are equipping our LGBT youth with the tools to eliminate barriers that prevent them from succeeding. The many skills our youth learn in this program are important not just for them to gain employment but also teach them how to build relationships, gain visibility, foster adaptability and create more opportunities for advancement.
