Weka Organisation views advancing gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls as a priority. As a result, gender equality plays a key role in creating lasting solutions to our communities. We intend to build coalitions of support to advance the lives of our community by addressing gender-based disadvantages while tapping the existing resources within our communities and partners.

 

The approaches include:

• Collaborating with organisations in exploring initiatives that address gender issues among women of ; and,

• Create support systems that promote women in leadership.
